A.A. Vincent is an accomplished author, writer, and editor; as well as an equally accomplished consultant in social/digital media content, and accessibility. They also have experience in the arts, administration, program/project coordination, management, and teaching/tutoring. They received their Master’s in Writing from the University of San Francisco. They are the author of *Person, Perceived Girl (*Barrow Street Press, 2022).
Their poetry has appeared in such places like Quiet Lightning, Santa Clara Review, West Trestle Review, Essential Truths: The Bay Area In Color, Write! Now SF (2021), and Black Bird Press News & Review. Their essays have been published in SF Weekly, In These Times, and Broke-Ass Stuart. They read for Litquake 2022, were a guest on Spectrum Publishing Print and Internet Workshop, were **a featured reader of The Black Poet’s Imagination hosted by **the Berkeley Art Museum and Pacific Film Archive, and were a featured reader of the Living Room Series & Salon. They live in the Bay Area.
